At 12 Square Feet Yoga, we believe that building resilience begins with having a safe space to be oneself. By exploring how to set external and internal boundaries within the 12 square feet of their yoga mat, individuals develop strength, wisdom and skills to carry into daily life.

SCIENCE-BACKED APPROACH

The practices of Yoga have long promoted mind-body wellness, an early understanding of how harmony of mind, breath, energy, emotions and the body promote overall presence and contentment in life.  Through the ground-breaking work of Bessel van der Kolk and Steven Porges, to contemporary studies of mind-body regulation practices for managing stress, our 12 Square Feet approach blends science, somatics, nervous system regulation and Yoga meditation, breathwork and awareness.
